Toxic weight and Causes of toxic weight gain

What does Toxic weight mean for your waist?

In practical terms, foods and supplements with high nutritional power and low calories, adequate sleep, activity and healthy detoxification (including exhalation, perspiration and excretion), enable the conversation between your biochemistry and your cells. Conversely, calories with low nutritional content, prolonged stress, lack of exercise, emotional loads and many toxins in the body, disorganize and confuse the conversation. Over time, this confusion causes loss of essential balance, and disorganization begins to create obvious problems, one of which is that you gain weight and fail to lose it.

Common signs of gaining weight
when the body is threatened or does not function well, it communicates it through its physical symptoms. One of the most irritating common symptoms is stubborn weight gain, which doesn't go away no matter what you do. In fact, gaining weight as a sign that the body is out of its essential balance is so common You gain toxic weight when your body and mind are overloaded, and you will never lose that weight permanently until you can break free of that burden.
Your body is structured to insulate itself from stress through weight gain, storing nutrient reserves for use in difficult times.

This is a reality Biological that impacts men and women, but that, due to differences in our physiologies, tends to affect women more. And there is no willpower that can refute it. Extra weight is not a sin, it is a symptom, a sign of essential imbalance, a wound that must heal itself before the body can feel secure enough to break free of those reserves. By eliminating the imbalance, the body begins to function more efficiently, regains its balance, and eliminates weight.
